Critical System Specialist `CSS’, was established in 3^rd Apr 2003. CSS has quickly gained regconition in the field of designing, building and maintaining world-class standard mission critical sites.  We pride ourselves in delivering the most advanced and reliable solutions with the most competitive prices.

Established in Malaysia since 2003, CSS has pulled together a total staff strength of 15 which includes a strong team of Engineers and Specialists with in-depth knowledge and experience in this industry and has provided Design and Build works, Turnkey Construction, Project Management and Pro-Active Maintenance Services to many well known mission critical sites for multinational customers. The number is expected to grow with the expansion of the company. 

Headed by our founders with a total of more than 15 years of experience in project management and consultancy of mission critical sites, CSS provides specialized services including the design and build of critical sites such as Data Processing Centres, Disaster Recovery Centres, Command Centres, Call Centres, Trading/Dealing Rooms, Clean Rooms, Laboratories and Hospital Rooms. We provide consultancy services including M&E site audit/study, power quality analysis, power failure investigation, energy optimization, power upgrades, site or critical equipment relocation.

Having gained reputation, as a reliable and professional solution provided for mission critical sites, CSS has expanded our services to Interior Fitouts and specific M&E works for selected clients.  In order to maintain focus as a specialist in mission critical sites, CSS Engineering & Construction (CSSEC) has been establish in 2005 to cater for market needs on our Interior Fitouts and M&E services.  With innovative skills on Space Branding, Value Engineering, Speedy Delivery and Quality Finishes, CSSEC has quickly gained confidence from clients.
